Into the Wild Festival is going back to its wild roots in 2025, creating a vibrant and beautiful weekend, full of wonder. With over 200 workshops, brilliant music, wild crafts, and so much more!
Experience the ultimate glamping festival experience with our bell tent packages, designed to suit all budgets.

You can choose to stay from the 22nd - 25th of August for three nights, or take advantage of early entry tickets to the festival,
by booking from Thursday, 21st of August for a four night stay.

EARLY ENTRY GLAMPING
BOOK THURSDAY NIGHT TOO : If you have booked and paid for an early entry ticket and want to stay an additional night at the festival, you can book early entry glamping for Thursday the 21st of August. This cost is in addition to the 3 nights for the festival.

CHECK IN INFO
BELL TENT CHECK IN : Early Entry - Thursday 21st August - glamping check in from 6pm *Early entry ticket holders will also need to book an additional night's glamping for early entry tickets.
BELL TENT CHECK IN : Non-early Entry - Friday 22nd August - glamping check in from 10.30am
BELL TENT CHECK OUT : Monday 25th August by 10am.

All tents will be numbered and we will send you this information, a couple of days before the festivals begins. *Please note that you will need to book your festival tickets before ordering any glamping options. Early entry is not the same as early bird tickets, so you will need to book early entry tickets if you wish to book early entry glamping on Thursday night.
ADDITIONAL TENT INFO
Bell tent layouts: If you require additional beds, please select the option you require from the drop down menu on the booking form. Bell tent layout options include a double campbed, 2 x doubles, double + 2 singles, 2 x singles, double + 3 singles (space will be limited for this one) or up to 4 single beds.

Payment : When you are ready to confirm and pay for your bell tent, please fill out the booking form in the link below.
Once payment has been received, we will email your receipt and confirmation of your booking. We typically get back to you within 2-3 days. If you do not pay for your bell tent, your booking will not be confirmed and the invoice will be cancelled.

Glamping facilities and disability access: Please note that we only provide the glamping bell tents at the festival and we are not response for any other facilities within the glamping area. If you have questions with regards to toilets, parking, luggage, trolleys etc, please contact the festival directly, or take a look at their FAQ page.
Please let us know when booking, if you have a disability, or require disabled access, especially with a wheelchair, so we can liaise directly with the festival to ensure you are in the most convenient position.
